We explore how predatory enrollment tactics operate, clarify what borrower defense truly entails, and provide insights on how borrowers can advocate for themselves. No sugarcoating, no legal jargon—just real talk, real stories, and practical information about student loan discharge.
We took our lead from Theresa Sweet and Alicia Davis, the divas who started this fight as named plaintiffs in Sweet v DeVos. They lit the torch and we are carrying it to shed light on the shadows of predatory lending and for-profit schools.
